1. About Us

Tyreworkz is a mobile tyre repair and fitting service operating in Burnley, Pendle, and Blackburn. These terms and conditions govern your use of our services.

2. Services Provided

We offer the following mobile services:

• Tyre fitting and replacement
• Puncture repair
• Wheel balancing
• Emergency roadside assistance
• TPMS replacement and diagnostics
• Wheel repair and alloy welding
• Vehicle recovery services

3. Booking and Appointments

• All bookings must be confirmed by phone, email, or through our website
• We will confirm your appointment time and location
• We aim to arrive within the agreed time window
• Delays may occur due to traffic or emergency callouts - we will notify you promptly
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

4. Pricing and Payment

• Prices quoted are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated
• All prices include VAT where applicable
• Payment is due upon completion of service
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments
• Additional charges may apply for emergency callouts or out-of-hours services

5. Warranty

We provide warranties on our services and products:

• Tyre fitting and balancing: 12 months warranty
• Puncture repairs: 6 months warranty (subject to conditions)
• Parts and tyres: Manufacturer's warranty applies
• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear

6. Liability

While we take every care in providing our services:

• We carry full public liability insurance
• We are not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage
• Customers must inform us of any known vehicle issues before service
• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses
• Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided

7. Customer Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle and location information
• Ensure safe access to your vehicle for our technicians
• Inform us of any special requirements or vehicle modifications
• Be present or arrange for someone to be present during service
• Make payment promptly upon completion of work

8. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: No charge
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: 50% of service fee
• No-shows or same-day cancellations: Full service fee may apply
• We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to weather or safety concerns

9. Complaints

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
